Crime in the store

After couple of weeks since we were promised feedback/outcome. My mother usually do her groceries at boxer at Maitland Bloemfontein, On the 5th July she was ****** her money in the store by a person wearing a boxer uniform, all the money she had to do groceries for the month and the store manager said the case will be opened and they will contact us back as we left our contact details but till this date nothing was done.
