continuously receiving bad service from cashiers from Boxer superstores and Boxer liquor

I am a loyal and an everyday Boxer customer but the bad service I get keeps detoriating everyday, cashiers being rude, cashiers not Informed about services offered at boxer and having specials on the pamphlet and being charged a different price on the till without any explanation, when I ask,the cashier will ignore me until she tells me to pay and stop wasting her time. I am now officially writing this complain because I am now tired of the continued bad service and if not addressed I'd rather consider shopping elsewhere
