I was shocked at the treatment the security guards at Boxer lesedi in vosloorus showed today.I saw this the first time and I thought the guard was having a bad day or something.But today I saw a repetition of the same behaviour where a guard treats a customer like yesterday's trash and even has the gaul to tell a customer to go to hell,the sad part is that when we asked for the manager,the manager told us that he/she is busy.So can someone please address this disgusting behavior from Andile the security guard who thinks he is above customer rights.

Sorry we are only getting to this complaint now. We have escalated this to management as well as our head of security to investigate with the security company. This type of service is not the level that Boxer prides ourselves on, and we will be sure to action this accordingly and management will be in touch with you to discuss further and resolve.
