Complaint! Complaint! Complaint!

On the 29th of January 2024 I went to Boxer liquor in Matatiele to withdraw money(cashsend). When I got there I was attended by a lady , I forgot her name. I get to her and say" Dumelang ausi ne ke tlo ntsa cashsend " okay and she stares at me and not say anything le nna ke thule, I repeat again but this time I say" ne ke kopa ho ntsa cashsend " and she stares at me and not say anything at this point I am confused because at first I thought maybe the reason she did not respond or say anything was because I didn't say "please". Okay I now I ask and say" ausi ne ke tlo kopa cashsend or hoteng nto e ke sa e tshong hantle or ha ke buwe hantle" now she responds and say " ha ke vumisi nna ho re o batla bo kae ke tla tsebela kae **** o batla bokae" I say to her " I didn't know that I have to tell you the amongst I just assumed I tell you **** I want cashsend and then I will give you the voucher number and also I don't think you saying awuvumisi is the correct way to answer me" then she says " eya ha ke vumisi because you are supposed to tell me how much you want just incase I don't have it" I respond and say" okay ne ke sa tsebe and ke a tseba ho re hao vumisi " then she responds and says " o tsebela ho kae **** a ha ke vumisi" I respond and say " because if o no vumisi nkabe o tseba **** ke batla bo kae" okay fine she says I must call out the voucher numbers and as I am calling them out loud and clear she says she can't hear me😂 and I'm like you know what okay, I shout out the numbers because I was speaking loud and clear there no way she couldn't hear me. Now because I didn't like the way she spoke to me I ask her ****" where can I get the manger " she responds and says " o mobotsa ho nna hape" okay I ask around and get to speak to the manger and tell her what happened, she goes and calls the lady to get her side of the story and the lady says I was the one who started shouting at her first . The manager tries to solve the situation but the lady is adamant that she didn't do anything wrong and she won't speak to me because I am even pointing at her, the manager apologizes even though she was not the one who did anything wrong and the lady just kept quite. I honestly didn't like the way the lady spoke to me because honestly she could've just asked how much is my cashsend instead of saying akavumisi and the fact that even when the manager called her to try and resolve the situation she still didn't see or think that she did anything wrong and did not even apologize I am truly disappointed 🚮
