Complaint

Today I went to purchase milk(Clver-Numel×6) the pricing on the shelf was written R69.99 but when I'm pay by the till the pricing changes to R82.99 . I told them that the price is wrong compared to the one I saw by the shelf , they disagreed with me and I took them to the shelf , they guy saw the price and it was R69,99. He called two guys to confirm and they said the price date is wrong. They said they wouldn't give me the product for the price I saw said the store manager because of the fact that they are behind with the system setting caused by the looting,my response was " 'tis not my negligence, because you'll as the store were supposed to double check before opening thus it's been 4 days the business has been running with the wrong prices". The bottom line he said he will not give me the product.
