Complaining

I am writing this email because my application was rejected for uif saying that my salary schedule does not correspond to the ui19. I'm a former employee at Boxer Superstore... And I'm very concerned about their reasoning of terminating my contract they said it's abscond instead of dismissed. According to my knowledge the reason can only be abscond if you were a permanent not when you were a casual. Some of my former colleagues got their salary schedule and ui19 they are even getting their money from uif. So why am I the only one that has to suffer wheres we left boxer the same way. Something needs to be done as soon as possible before I take this further. Thank you
