Complain

I visited boxer in jeepe street jhb around 15:45 on Sunday 24,10,21 I went straight to the parcel counter and the lady that was there told me I can enter the store with my sports bag when I get to the door the security told me I can't enter the store with my bag i should leave my bag by the door and I asked her who will take responsibility should I miss something in my bag she told me it is not her responsibility I then took my bag with in the store,then she called for back up the security guy came to me told me to go leave my bag at the parcel counter I told him I started there and he went to instruct the cashier not to process my transaction since I refuse to leave my bag at the parcel counter, I asked for the store manager and none of the staff called the manager until the other lady asked the cashier to assist me
