cashier gave bad attitude

On the 16th of february at around 15h30, I was at boxer supermarket purchasing powerade and 50x20 kg niknak which is located in Groblersdal limpopo waiting to be helped by a very rude cashier. Firstly she didnt say hello to me of which I just ignored cus I saw that she didnt greet the other customers that were infront of me but she annoyed me when she was helping me cus I didnt hear her wen she asked if I needed a plastic bag n she said\sesi keago boledisha n o ino nkhomela\" which means sisi m talking to u n u just keep quite\" I asked ha why dont you just ask me again cus clearly i ddnt hear you?my gosh her attutide it really worked on my nerves I then said how can I keep quiet if I heard mara there's no need for you to talk to me like dat she then started shouting, the old man behind ha told ha that sesi thats not the right way to speak to a customer but she just continued shouting I then asked ha for name because she was not wearning a name tag she refused she why must I give u my name why? tell me why? I left and asked the security guard for her name n he told me that HER NAME IS TUMI but on the receipt/slip it says Tiny Sebesho she had a very colourful razor cut"
