Cashier doesn't know RCS card

On the 14/01/25 around about 16:50-17-15 I walked in to Boxer store at Southgate to buy a stationary for my daughter and few things.

I had a RCS card , my concern was that a young colored lady asked me what was that card for , asking her if it was her first time to see that card she said yes , Due ro the fact that that's not the first time using that card at Boxer stores , I was disappointed to be honest and going forward I want to know which Boxer stores I can't you this card .and why Boxer stores don't give their stuff full training it was also embarrassing to see a cashier doesn't know a RCS.

I also asked if she can double check from her manager. She called a young gentleman who also didn't know RCS card to find out from supervisor less than a minute he was back (sorry we don't accept those cards )

I was left doubtful
