Cash back service for instant money is ****

Hi

Been to boxer super store by Pan Mall in Alexandra to collect cash that was send to me using standard bank they call it instant money but that boxer apparently doesn't give cash send yet other boxers do

I call in the manager to ask her why can't we have that she told me that the IT people didn't install it I don't understand why that boxer doesn't assist with instant money was really not happy about the service almost 2 days going there but no help all boxers has cash back but only the PAn Mall in Alexandra doesn't have please can it be fixed monthly end that mall is a bizarre...
