Cash at till

Went to do shopping at boxer on the 1 November 2022 and the service I received from cashier was terrible, she was rude and refused to give us cash at till withdrawal amount that we requested, when we asked why she said they don't give customers more than R1000 cash at till withdrawal money. This was so frustrating because now I had to go withdraw at the atm which will charge me more withdrawal fee. Jwala e from boxer trade route mall please fix your attitude I am really disappointed.
