Can the Boxer management allow clients to take the trolleys without being followed by potters.

I had a bad experience at boxer liquor store DENNEBOOM. there are no big trolleys to shop,you need to go to the food store to get a trolley to shop in the liquor store. After you done with all the trouble of getting the trolley now they tell you that. The trolley does not leave the store without a trolley Potter. So now the trolley Potter must follow me everywhere I go. There is no privacy I had to go eat at spur I could not, because by the time I was at the ATM the Potter was waiting there for me. I left the ATM without him noticing. I had to call him to follow me. Because it looks like the trolley money is being deducted from the store employees salaries. I feel that the black employees are being mistreated not forgetting me as a client. I don't appreciate the treatment we getting from boxer DENNEBOOM. and the manager does not care about us the clients and our complaints. It's not the 1st time we struggling to take goods bought at boxer and had to go look for shoprite trolley so we could walk around freely and do more shopping. Boxer don't take us serious as black community we being victimized of the trolleys that gets lost. So we as clients must suffer according to boxer because of the lost trolleys!
