Boxercom sims ****

On the 30 of January 2022 i went to buy BoxerCom sim at boxer polokwane CBD to try it out as a new sim card and been advertised all over the store. It was rica via TYME Bank. It didn't show me balance options i fone call centre on Monday and thy said my number was not rica successful and will fix it.. An they did fix it i recharge with R30 airtime and sent me sms showing my airtime was in but not showing under balance.. I called BoxerCom call centre again and the said they will fix it within 2 hours.. Now the airtime is GONE.. My line is blocked i can't even call the same call centre.. Are you guys ******** us as Boxer customers.. This is very bad and i am not looking forward to try this boxercom sim card.. If your boxercom network is not working remove it from all your stop and stop ******** us customers.. Can i get my refund if this network is not working
