Boxercom!!!!

I bought a Boxercom Simcard a while back and was happy with the whole process, after all, the data and airtime prices were reasonable and not to mention the fact that Boxer Alexandra is a stone throw from my residence. 😡 little did I know that I was setting myself up for disappointment!

My cellphone was ****** beginning October and they can’t help me with a sim swop in store and their call centre no longer exists! I have to do everything via the MTN call centre, whom aren’t helpful either and now I have to go to my nearest MTN store, because they can’t help me telephonically,like really??? Such an inconvenience!

Why would you introduce something that’s an inconvenience for people?

I want my number back, I really can’t change numbers… people haven’t been able to get hold of me for a month now!
