Boxer very disappointing service

It was my 1st time going to Boxer Zeerust and it was horrific, I was craving *** heels n my landlady suggested Boxer.

We go to boxer meat section there was meat blood all over the floor and shame they tried to cover it up with boxes I don’t understand why they just don’t wipe it oky it was just the beginning.

well we get to there we order *** heals and asked for them to slice it the gentleman man said no politely n said the process is u pay 1st n come back and we slice it.

We go to pay we came back give him the slip and we tell him to cut in small eatable pieces n he works with meat he should know how to cut ***heels after all

To my shock the pieces where cut in chunks apparently they used two fingers as a measurement n they could not cut it any smaller ai alright

We go around the shop we see vanish powder is on special together with jik for R38 and the whole shop did not have stock for vanish so I couldn’t purchase the special so disappointed

Than suddenly some employee pulls liters of cold drinks they fell and I was frightened but he apologised.

So I had a few items n went to pay. After the security guy was very polite he asked for my slip n checked the items as per his process to his surprise he did not see *** heels on the slip n he asked me for the slip.

I informed him we took the slip to the meat section as they needed the slip to cut the heels he went with the *** heels to go confirm however it turned into a whole commotion because unfortunately the poor butcher guy lost the slip.

Oky fine and I asked because we did pay the cashier says we paid the butcher guy sow the slip that we paid why must we be the ones to be brought upon so much shame over meer *** heels ? Upon the security returning the heels they where even opened at some point but anyway it was unnecessary

Oky luckily I had paid for the *** heels separately so they could check the price with the transaction history to verify a payment that was done for the *** heels that costed me my time my peace and sanity

An apology would have been much appreciated but I guess all this was all my fault therefore my experience was the worst n I think that’s an understatement I kept understandably explaining that people make mistakes but than I guess the employees had a point to prove to themselves and using me for it

Cos I truly don’t understand why I ended up leaving the *** heels and asking for a refund because after all it was just a mess and for what ? Just cos they more affordable at Boxer than I must suffer when buying them ? I felt like I went to a local ****a shop around a corner somewhere

I ended up going to Pick ‘n Pay and yes they were more expensive but the customer service experience was far much better from the security to the butcher. All items on special where available in store The store was not even dripping of blood.
