BOXER VEREENIGING ,**** SERVICE

I did shopping at Boxer vereeniging, 15/12/2023, I was ****** by the Packer, they stole some of my groceries, went to the store to inquire spoke to the manager and the security.. I was given an edited version of the footage.the footage has a lot of glitches on it...they took my invoice. I have been trying to get hold of them but they have now blocked my number. The **** service I received from that store is appauling .

I have been going up and down using my own patrol, calling the store with my own airtime...no one is giving me feedback the ****** manager is also not interested ,to me it seems they are working together with the security and the packers to ***** groceries from customers... today is the 23/12/2023 and I still have not been assisted with this matter
