Boxer Twin City Heidedal Bloemfontein bad customer service.

A very poor poor customer service from store level to management until customer service 😢 I brought nappies two packs of size 2 only to find out when my wife try one on the little one that the size is small and she already threw away the slip I return back to ask if it's possible to exchange the other pack that was still closed to size 3 ,I even ask if I can bring the bank statement I was told they won't be able to assist me so I thought it's better if I include customer service ,customer service did the whole process of bank statement and everything was told management will get back to me with 72 hours I mean it's way over 72 hours still no one called ,I had to buy other nappies again .I will never go and spend my money at Boxer Stores as they don't know how to treat people 😒
