Boxer Tshepiso

I went to Boxer Tshepiso in vaal and i wanted to buy and have a cash back for R260, we all know you hardly get R10 at ATMs so store withdrawals are much better, to my surprise Boxer Tshepiso only accepts withdrawals of Hundreds not less.. I asked the cashier if its only him who doesn't have R60 or R50 he said the whole store doesn't have R50

The cashiers Name is Lucky and the rudeness in saying that.. Like the whole shop doesn't have R50 am so disappointed in Boxer if that Manager tells cashiers not to give out R50 then he/she better have a very good reason for that because when you have cash send for R250 you cant select to only withdraw R200 and leave R50 for another day..imagine coming from far and hoping to get money sent to you so that you can continue with your journey and only get such response from Boxer

Am in disbelief from what happened and the funny part is when i just decided to buy and leave that cash back he then opened the till and i could see the R50 in there wow some stores are so useless.

Can i have manager from Boxer Tshepiso explain to me why his/her cashiers refuse with the money that doesn't even belong to them.
