Boxer Trade route mall terrible service

I went to Boxer Trade route Mall on 8 December 2020. Was in the que for about 15 min. When it was my turn the casher helps a guy that just comes from now where and the cashier helps him. When I asked her she just look at me like I'm stupid. Then there is no packers. She throws my things in the packet. When I spoke to the manager she said I'm sorry and that's it. I shop regularly shop at boxer trade route mall and don't experience such rudeness. Slow yes. I hate being treated in such a manner its unacceptable
