I purchased seven items at TembisaMall on April 4th, 2023, for a total cost of R283.61. I gave the cashier R350 in cash, but I was only given R36.40 in change, according to the receipt. When I informed the supervisor at the store, she stated that I only gave the cashier R320. I am requesting that the store review the security footage to verify how much cash I gave the cashier and conduct a cash up for the cashier, Mildred Mokobodi, to determine if there was any extra cash. Additionally, I am curious why the cashier told me the items cost R320 when there was a Maq combo listed on the receipt for R99. I am concerned that the cashier deliberately withheld my change or did not apply the combo discount. Please resolve this matter promptly; otherwise, I will report it to the Consumer Act.
