Boxer Superstores Town center Mitchell's plain keeping 5 cents change for all buyers including poor peiple

Boxer Michellsplain Town Centre, Cape Town, when showing Five Cents change on their till slips, they do not give it back and they collect these fives cents from every buyer who has a five cents change, but when they are five cents short to do not give their product. Mitchell's plain Town center has lot of homeless poor people who collects paper and plastics to make money to buy Boxers' brown bread for R6.49. when they buy 2 of this brown bread they are given R7 change but the slip shows R7.05, the always keep this R0.05, today 27 April 2024, I personally went to buy these R6.49 x 2 breads and they gave me R7 and I asked the cashier why they are not giving 5 cents change, she said they don't have 5 cents then I told the cashier that this is ******* they cannot give me a short change and are they collecting 5 cents from this poor people then she called the supervisor and the manager also came and I asked them why are they robbing us, the manager just asked the security to give me 10 cents and said I must go because I have my full change, I last reported this incident last year to their Head office and they promised to stop it, but they did not stop and I have seen the same happening at Dwaarsloop Mall Bushbuckridge and they also said they don't give 5 cents. Boxer superstores please Stop this otherwise we will put a claim for all the 5 cents you have been collecting since 5 Cents were no more issued as a change. Shoprite, Pick pay, Spar, Game and all other shops gives back 10 cents instead of 5 cents, Boxer superstores is making lot of free 5 cents *******ly, please Boxer Superstores STOP this robbing business.
