Boxer Superstore Security Disrespect and Lack of Customer Service Ethics

I am disappointed and angry about the level of disrespect and inconvenience that the Security staff of Boxer superstore at Ulundi which was the former Pick n Pay has on us as customers. I was having a child bag which was only have money and a childs necessities the Security told me that I couldn't enter the store with the child bag which must be with me at all times should an emergency occur well I ended up not entering the store because the Security was being rude and persistent about the bag. Then I asked myself do these people know or understand customer service or customer care? If they do is this the way customers should be treated I am seriously angry about this and I need serious intervention or else I will boycott this Boxer superstore which was former Pick n Pay at Ulundi. Whats even more disturbing is that they have about 4 or 5 securities at the door which on its own feels as an ************ please do something about this I am having several people who are complaining about these securities
