Boxer Superstore rotten chicken pieces

Yesterday the 7th April, I was at Lenasia, and decided to buy chicken pieces for R28,99, when I got home trying to cook the chicken has gone off, I tried to to take it back to the nearest Boxer where I reside at Eyethu mall with proof of purchase, I was declined by the security guy and the supervisor confirmed they can't take it, I have to take it back to where I bought it as their damages will be affected, but how is this my problem? now I have to borrow R70.00 board a taxi with my 10 baby and go to Lenasia, I need this matter to be sorted here at Eyethu Boxer.
