Boxer superstore Is a ****

I am so angry at Boxer superstore in Lancers Durban. I bought a 2 burner stove in May a week into using the stove it started heating and stopping while I am cooking and it would heat again. After that it just exploded on the other plate which left me with one plate that's working been trying to get hold of them on WhatsApp without winning and then finally remembered to inbox them on Facebook and they have been lying to me saying that they've been trying to get hold of me without success that's a lie my phone is always on. I just want my refund I saw a lot of people complaining about their appliances on Facebook I am not longer interested.
