BOXER SUPERSTORE

Om the 19th January 2025, i bought a Telkom recaharge voucher at 13:24pm, im writing this at 22:20, i haven't been able to use it, i went on my network website and the status of this voucher is on "used", i took BOXER's WhatsApp line to Lodge a complaint and the ****ing robot kept telling me to "rephrase" apparently it doesn't understand simple text, im ****ed, i don't know where to go coz i spent money on this **** and they have T's&C's on it sayimg "NO REFUNDS", my cashier was/is Mpho Phahlane, who the **** used it amd at what time?
