Boxer Suerstores In Palms Springs Mall

This morning I walked to Boxer Suerstores in Palms Springs Mall, I had to do a cardless withdrawal because I misplaced my card, the I had to rush to the hospital.

When I got to the mall, I realized that my battery was about to die, so I wrote my withdrawal code on slip.

When I got to the till I explained my situation to the cashier, she said they don't process cardless with awals if the code is in a written format. Then continues to say that she don't have the amount I requested on the till. Then asked the other 3 cashiers, non of them had an amount of R340, so I had to walk back home (Evaton North). And I couldn't make it to the hospital. I heart broken by the service we get from the store, as this not the 1st incident like this I had this year.
