Employees are treated like nothing by management to such an extent where swearing is even used to shut employees down. There is no union thus far and employees are scared to have a voice as they fear losing their jobs. Unfair labor practice at Boxer!

11 Dec 2020, 17:26Today my superior wanted to make me sign a written warning for leaving a gap while packing stock. The store is new but the employees have had it , the treatment we get is uncalled for. Warnings for not filling up gaps??
