I had the worst experience your staff was rude despite the fact that they were an hour delayed to open. They further continued to sit side and chat while we stood in the cold waiting for persmission to enter the store,I get that maybe because majority of your clientele is black it counts for very little however I believe we all have 24 hours and at the end of the day it isn't fair to have to be left just waiting. I am really disappointed by your staff this is no way to treat people.
