Boxer Richards bay Voucher Money Being ******

I have a very bad service with boxer super stores on 5 February 2025 I accompanied my mother to Boxer Richards Bay to deposit money for our relatives who are in Eshowe to withdraw for their needs. We did the Process sent the money when they were supposed to withdraw the money at Boxer in Eshowe they said that the Voucher was invalid so We then went back to Boxer in Richards bay to try and withdraw it and we were told that our voucher was invalid and the money has been withdrawn. None of us have withdrawn the money and it's been taken to their customer care line and we have not been helped. But instead we are being harassed saying that we withdrew the money or the type of cellphone my mother has is not compatible to hold messages.Mind you when you withdraw this voucher you need to use your ID but they are not willing to tell us who withdrew this money meaning that there is someone who is being protected of doing theft of elderly people. This has been a case I've heard people complaining about happening all over these Send Money stores but Im really disappointed on the way things are being handled
