Boxer refused to refund me

Bought something at boxer and they refused to refund me ,they forced me to exchange for something I didn't want. Manager prince mthai ws very rude he refuse to assist me and he referred me to head office.therecis no policy dt says no refund for goods bought.i even called consumer protection and the said the same.boxer benoni don't knw how to be professional, the acting like they running a ****a shop
