BOXER PTA CBD

I would like to lodge a complaint about the service at Boxer Pretoria CBD. They have appauling service and their customer waiting time is too long. This is the second time i was assisted by the Admin Manager PAMELA. She just leaves the till when there are customers waiting in line to go and do other things even when she returns she does not apologise to customers for the long wait time which makes me question how she is in management but does not have people skills.

The kiosk is always free however they let us know just how we are not allowed to make any payments at the kiosk. They do not allow people to make any purchase at the kiosk. All I buy is water and it makes no sense to wait in a long queue with people who are buying groceries when the kiosk is empty. Could you please assist with this because it is extremely frustrating to shop there.
