BOXER - PROTEA GARDENS

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Boxer Superstores - Protea Gardens Mall, Saturday, 1 July 2023.

I went in to buy the imitation cream slice and the small plastic dish/bowl costing R17.99 . The queues were long which was understandable as it month end. What disappointed me was that when I got to the till yhere seemed yo be a problem with the customer before me's payment. The lady at the till took time explaining whatever the issue was to the guy. The guy understood and shifted from the queue packing away his groceries he even signalled that I should go ahead and pay. I greeted the lady at the till she said nothing looking at the guy. She looked at my stuff and said absolutely nothing. People started moving from the queue because she wasn't helping anyone and neither did she give any explanation as to why she was not helping us. I waited until I left the shop without my items because I felt that she should have at least explained to me what was holding her up from continuing with her job. Even when I left she didn't even bother to say anything. I couldnt stand in another long queue hence I left. It's REALLY disappointing. This is a second time I had to queue for nothing at this very same boxer store. Perhaps I should leave these syores because I now feel like I am forcing or I complain a lot.
