Boxer misleading catelogu

I sent a friend to ELUKWATINI boxer super store to buy me 4 * 2litter Boxer full cream Maas with R 40.00 as advertised in their Boxer sale catalogue 09/04/2020 -22/04/2020. They gave him only two products with that R 40.00 rather than four products. I asked him to go back there with the catalogue to ask for the other two products, but they told him that I must come to them myself. When I get there I was expecting that they will give me my two more products, but instead the manager told me that it was not their problem, the mistake was made by someone working for Sowetan. Their top management is aware of it and they can not do anything about it. They have their own rectified catalogue with the cashiers. I was very embarrassed and hurt at the same time because I was buying the products for three of my orphan neighbors and one for my self at-home so we could at least have some thing for the rest of the lock down period. Now I don't know who to give and not to. Their catalogue was misleading, I would have made quotations in different shops and I might have saved few cents or bought soothing else which was going to be enough for all of us. Sad Sandile
