Boxer Liquor Store Daveyton ( Bad Attitude from the Manager)

A very, Very bad and shameful attitude from the manager by the name of Sihle in Daveyton Branch. the audacity from him to say i must go ahead and report him gave me a shock of my life. he even went as far as saying " we customers are disgusting" and very stubborn when i complained about the carelessness of not checking the prices of the goods packed in the shelves. i bought a Peache Rolaye which was priced R54,99 in the shelf but scanned R69,99 at the counter. Sihle himself saw the difference in prices but instead of apologizing for their negligence, he was very arrogant. i ask myself, what are your values as a company ? is this how you treat your customers fairly? i think you must really relook the caliber of staff you hire cause this is really bad for your business. this incident happened today the 24/12/2018. i want this Sihle to apologise, i am not going to let this go jus like that. we must respect each regardless of where and how things are brought in one's attention.
