Boxer Lenasia Makabongwe(Manager)

I was at Boxer Lenasia where I was made to pay R210 foe a bottle that broke by accident where as there was a "wet floor sign" where the floor was dry as i was making my way to the fridge while running away from the sign I accidentally broke a 3 ships bottle and was told that I break I pay even though they purposely left the sign there for no reason as the floor was dry the manager(Makabongwe) was rude and yelling at me and there after tole me he was busy and I'm wasting his time and we went to the office to review the cameras with Florence the security lady where he then left me with Flo and a guy by the name of "Boy" who then I asked what is he then told me he is a visitor and that I should finish the whole situation with him. There is recording of the conversation that transpired between me and the mentioned individuals the manager was rude and vile.

I want my refund as I was being held hostage it was either I pay the money or security will deal with me. Manager did not even give me the Tim of the when we began our conversation he didn't even greet me I had to greet him first.
