Boxer (Kwa-Thema) Unauthorized Withdrawal and Suspected Internal Misconduct

I hereby wish to formally report an incident involving funds I sent at the Boxer store in Kwa-Thema. The intended recipient was unable to collect the money, and when they attempted to do so at a different Boxer branch, they were informed that the funds had already been withdrawn.

Upon returning to the Kwa-Thema store, I was advised that the money was withdrawn from the same till I used to send it, just a few hours later. This was extremely concerning, as I can confirm the transaction was legitimate and intended for a specific individual.

I reported the matter to the store manager but received no assistance. I was advised to open a case with the South African Police Service, which I did. I was informed that CCTV footage would be reviewed; however, more than three weeks have passed without any update or resolution.

I have returned to the store on multiple occasions seeking assistance, but have been met with unresponsiveness. On one occasion, the manager directed verbal abuse toward me. I am now deeply concerned that the funds may have been ********ly withdrawn, potentially by a Boxer employee, particularly as my repeated requests to view the CCTV footage have been ignored.
