Boxer Ingcuce/Albert Slindile and Margaret.
Very dissapointed at your kiosk cashiers who made were rude to me and my sister. We went there to get cash back and the security allowed us inside, we joined the queue and the guy in front of us said the till is closing and he handed us tge ckosibg sign, the queue was moving when it was almost our turn to be assisted the lady at the till point said "the till is closed" we told her that we have the closing sign and she asked for it and we fave it back. We continued standing in the queue waiting to be served before we could reach the till she sent the security to tell us to join another queue this was now about 17:45 we asked her why did she make us wait only for her to tell us to join another queue the security seemed annoyed when we told him that he is interferimg woth the cashiers duties she should have told us when we joined the queue not to waiy for us to wait only to be told ments later to join another queue, while we waited in the queue Margaret Mtshali or Jali decided to assist 2 gentlemen who were behind us, we were left looking stupid, the cashier next to Margaret who is Silindile spoke to my sister while my sister was trying to explain that the 2 gentlemen were behind us but they have been assisted Slie said you are giving me attitude wr helped th because they are playing lotto, whereas she ddnt ask us wht we came tp the store for.
Margarey realised that i was getting upset she called my sister to assist her, guess what? She made us believe that the pin code to withdrae cash is incorrect.
I told my sister that she did that to spite us, we moved to the next shop and voila money came out using the same pin code they said its incorrect.
M here to tell everyone that Margaret Mtshali or Jali must be sent back for customer service training. We were rushing to go home to get our sick granny meds and we met the 2 queens from Boxer Superstores in Ingcuce/Albert street who were very rude.
I will never set my foot there and i pray that they remain cashiers for the rest of their miserable lives!
