Boxer ill treating stuff

I'm concerned with how Boxer Denlyn is treating stuff, how can your schedule say you working from 10am till 17:00 but then forced to leave shop around 22:00 sometimes 23:00? Mind you they don't get payed for those 4 or 5 hours as overtime.

The past sunday there are people who had to leave the shop at 23:00 while they knocked off at 17:00. So I want to know if this is fair on the employees or what??
