Boxer Head office not taking crime seriously.

There is a ****mer that collects money from that store. I am trying to just get support in getting a picture of the person with the limited information available, but the Boxer Head office is not assisting, have plenty of excuses and want me to travel up and down from Gauteng to get answers. Hope they enjoy being associated with these types of people. The Staff at the store was very supportive but they require assistance from head office and head office is just not interested in this.
