Boxer Hammarsdale - We have to jump through hoops to withdraw our own money from TymeBank

Absolutely appauled with the staff at Boxer Hammarsdale. Infact its got more to do with the lack of common sense.

So the attached is a copy of the screenshot from my personal banking app. I would assume the instructions are clear enough for a normal person to understand. Now for some unknown reason I am now required to produce an ID document when withdrawing money from my very own TymeBank bank account.

Now according to your Hammarsdale branch apperently they simply look at the ID and thats it they then proceed with the withdrawal.

Any sane person can clearly see that there is absolutely no corresponding information to compare with ones ID and the screenshot provided. Is Boxer xenophobic maybe and maybe thats why you need an ID document in order to prove nationality. Does the same apply at pick n pay when it comes to TymeBank withdrawals or is this a rule for the predominantly black foot trafic stores.

Then again one could make assumptions untill the end of time as to why Boxer Hammarsdale treats their customers like 2nd rate citezens.

One can always buy their groceries from the newly built Shoprite accross the road, But what saddens me is having to leave TymeBank because because of Boxer Hammarsdales imaginary code of conduct.
