Boxer Evaton - Unruly cashiers behaviour

I would like to register my dissatisfaction regarding the bad behaviour that was displayed by one of the cashier at Boxer in Evaton. The incident happened on the 29 July 2024. The name of the cashier is Ms Sweou if I captured the name correctly from the till slip. I was rushing somewhere and decided to pass-by Boxer at Evaton to grab some things that I will need on the way. This lady was very rude towards me for no reason, I don't know her, I have never met her before but her behaviour towards me was shocking. Instead of helping me she was busy sticking some prices on slip, I asked her to please to help me because I'm in a hurry, she gave me one look then continued with what she was doing. After a while she assisted me, mistakenly I gave her money that was short with R10. She arrogantly said this money is short then I asked for how much. She put my money down and continue with the sticking the prices. Then o decided to pay with R100 , she took the money and instead of giving my change on hand she put it down and called Next. I went to report her to her superior, the lady took me to her and politely asked to apologies for misunderstanding, she literally refused and the lady had to apologies on her behalf...twice
