Bad bad service, customer care is totally useless. DO NOT EVER purchase this eCoupon of theirs no matter how desperate you are to send your loved ones a voucher for groceries. Rather use other trusted stores. 20 days later I'm still struggling to find someone to return my money or issue the damn voucher I bought online. I have emailed and called numerous times to no avail. I regret using their platform honestly!!
