I received bad customer experience at boxer duncan village east London “kugompo “ the security at store told to me I’m not a allowed to enter the store with a specific pants, I told him that there no signs that shows you have to wear a specific pants to do shopping at the store and I also asked him is it in there policy that customers are not allowed to wear a specific he couldn’t answer me. So I asked to be assisted by a manger so they could assist me by showing me a sign or if it’s written in there policy that I’m not allowed to wear a specific pants and she explained why I’m but a person shouldn't be judged according to what you wear also the issues is security that tried to embarrass me in-front of his colleague and other customers and didn’t have a way of speaking to me also he didn’t even wear his name badge with his sira number on or his security number yes they sub contractors but they should be professional and know how to deal with customers and clearly to me he does that with each and every customer that enters the store and I even had my brother/ friend to come and assist me and hear the story. My sister and i do shopping there every month and we don’t buy as little as R100 and I have prove and evidence.
