Boxer diepsloot mall very unprofessional staff

am very disappointed with the level of service I received at Boxer Diepsloot Mall. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. When I asked for help, I was either ignored or spoken to in an unfriendly manner. The queues were extremely long, and there was no sense of urgency from the cashiers to manage the situation. What made the experience worse was the lack of professionalism — no apology, no explanation, and no effort to improve the situation.
