Boxer cashiers always distracted by their chit chats and gossips!

I am so annoyed with Boxer cashiers in Mpumalanga (Hammarsdale, KZN) in general and their attitude towards customers like they do us a favour. Can't wait for the Shoprite across the road to open, maybe they'll be better than this nonsense.

For Christ's sake why can't the cashiers shut up long enough to listen to customers! I have just been there, just before 5pm and this cashier, Nomonde Mahlaba (The name that appears on the till slip) is busy chatting with a colleague who was handing her a pen... I bought a pack of candles, MTN airtime and a Betway voucher. When I had already left the store, I notice that the voucher is Hollywood Bets. It is the wrong one. She was clearly distracted because I had to tell her twice what I was asking for.

Sometimes I let this behavior go and not make a meal of it, but it is incessant and most infuriating. I always avoid going into Boxer sometimes unless I really have to. Other people complain that when you request to do a cash withdrawal at the till, the attitude is almost always as if you are asking for a donation, the way they make it so unpleasant and difficult.

Now I have to make another trip to the store to return the incorrect voucher and endure suspicions as if I'm trying to ***** R20! I don't think so! Besides, it makes zero sense to have to burn fuel far more expensive than the R20 the voucher is worth. Utterly despicable!
