Boxer Cashier Bad Attitude

On the 18th May 2021 I went in this particular Boxer Store in Rustenburg next to the Bus Rank to bet the Lottery. This Lady who was the Cashier had a very bad customer attitude as while we were in the queue she instructed the Security guy to tell us that she is no more assistancing clients as she is supposed to pack cigarettes. This happened very early and I was surprised as to how can she say that as we as customers are paying their salaries. Some customers complaint and said she is always doing this to them and I immediately approached the Manager to sort the issue out. It was very clear according to my analysis that she is bullying her fellow colleagues as I was just assisted by another Lady as she continued to cast nasty words towards us. She needs to be removed there as Cashiers must be thought Customer care and I am really not happy with that kind of attitude.
