Boxer Cala Deli department manager

I went to buy breakfast and face cream before work today in boxer Cala, the cashier said she won’t assist me regarding the face cream, I’ll have to pay for food and go stand on another queue to pay for a face cream, I asked why but since she had no answers, I asked for the Deli manager, I immediately regretted asking for her because she gave me such a bad attitude and she was rude, when I asked a note saying we are not allowed to purchase some of the products at deli, she said there is nothing written and as Deli staff they know that rule and that is enough, as long as the know that is enough. What about the inconvenience that we have to go through as clients, having to queue twice because of the rules that are known only by staff, not to mention the rudeness of the person that is supposed to give us clarity.
