Boastful security official

On the 20th of February 2021 around 12pm my mum and I decided to go get groceries at Boxer Super stores in Trade route mall Lenasia. We got to the till and the lady at the till upon noticing that I was struggling to pick up the Mealie meal told me to leave it there on the trolley and she would punch it in on the system and so I did, after paying for everything we then proceeded to the exit my mom handed me a second trolley as the one I was pushing was too full, as I was offloading some of the groceries into the other trolley the slip tore into two. We then proceeded to the exit and there was three security guards waiting for us two males and a female the one male took the slip from me and the other male arrogantly took it from him not even checking for the items in the trolley he grabs my mum and asks her to show him where the Mealie meal is my mum and I check the slip and I realize it is torn into two, I tell him “sir this slip is torn let me try find the other piece”, he says no Im from the camera room and I saw you didn’t pay for it and I then explained to him that no the lady at the till did punch it in shes the one who told me not to carry it up and he said no you stole it. He kept making a spectacle of us saying we stole the mealie meal he not only embarrassed us but even threatened that we would not leave the store. I then suggested okay lets go back to the till and ask the teller to reprint the slip for us he agreed, before I could even turn the one trolley towards the direction of the teller I saw the missing piece of the till slip in the trolley I then pulled it out and showed him: “ You see heres the missing piece”(Bear in mind there were about six more items on the piece of the torn slip that he didn’t even notice were missing) he grabbed the slip from my hand and didn’t even see the Mealie meal written there my mum took the slip and pointed him the Mealie meal on the slip saying you see we paid for it. Instead of apologizing he wanted to turn around and proceed to his camera room so I asked him aren’t you going to apologize he said to me for what Im not going to apologize, my mum and I were shocked after he wasted our time accusing us of *****ing and making sure the entire store heard him saying we stole R49 maize meal he refuses to apologize publicly to us. I then asked for his name as he didn’t even have a name tag on he refused to give me his name instead he asked me for my name I told him I don’t work for Boxer nor do I work for your security company so we left him and went to the parcel counter where we explained to the lady what had happened and she then mentioned that theres only one male and one female at the camera room and the guys name was Mapushe or somewhere there. Please deal with it as his customer treatment is appalling and he refuses to recognize when he is wrong not to mention he is very arrogant
