BIG UP.... CONGRADULATIONS MAINA

Although I had few hic ups here and there in the store with the staff members but I just keep on going back because I love the store. I chose this one because it is next to the taxi rank for transportation. I would love to give a BIG UP to this lady Maina, unfortunately I didn't find out about her surname but I believe she is a tswana. I have been shopping on several occasions and when I see her I feel so secured. I don't know her position but she is hands on and with patience, smart, neat and always having her name tag on to show she is not scared to be exposed. She came to work...... She deserves a promotion...... people like her are needed in that branch...... when she walks she walks with confidence unlike others who drag their feet as if they are forced to work.......she listens to a person attentively and responds politely. Maina keep up the good work.
