Bad , worse experience at Boxer Cleary Park, GQ

Today, 27 August 2026, at around 4:30p at till nr 12 I was in the Boxer Cleary Park store to buy 7kg pocket onions the price in bold said R119.99 but at the till the cashier rang R129.99 I showed her the signage of R119.99 she did not even care to engage with me the customer she just called one of the floor supervisors, he did not even acknowledge me the customer... I waited with frustration for almost 30mins , with no one even taking notice of the dilemma, I had to call customer service office to inform them of the incompetence staff that just ignore me and i also stated that they misleading and deceiving customers with price differences, the customer service agent was just so *********** could not advise what to do... I have never ever had such bad service in retail...just because they serve low income customers they just treat them like nonsense pieces .... I was frustrated livid at such service ..... I've learned a lesson to not shop again at Boxer, rather pay more for better service than this treatment in Boxer...this is the second time I experience such bad service at the same Boxer Cleary Park... I think the staff needs training to treat customers with respect... I still feel angry at the service I received, I had to abandon my purchase due to no concern from the staff. Joy Summerton
